The personal data of our users are regularly treated after they have given their approval,
except it is not possible for factual reasons or the treatment of information is allowed by the legal regulations.
Law foundation for the treatment of personal data
As far as we get the approval of the concerned person for treatment processes of personal data,
the article 6 para. 1 lit. a of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the EU is the legal foundation.
The article 6 para. 1 lit. b of GDPR is the legal foundation for the treatment of personal data which are necessary
for the fulfilment of a contract whose contracting party is the person concerned. This also applies to treatment procedures
which are necessary for pre-contractual measures. As far as a treatment of personal data is necessary to comply
with a legal requirement subjected to our company, the article 6 para. 1 lit. c of GDPR is the legal foundation.
In the case that a treatment of personal data is necessary for the vital interests of the concerned person or a natural person,
the article 6 par. 1 lit. d of GDPR is the legal foundation. If the treatment of data is necessary to preserve
a legitimate interest of our company or a third party, and if the interests, the basic rights and fundamental freedoms
of the person concerned are not more important than the first-mentioned interest, the article 6 para. 1 lit. f of GDPR
is the legal foundation of the data treatment.

except it is intended by the European or national legislator in the Union provisions,
laws or other rules to which the responsible is subjected. The erasure or blocking of data is only possible
